The NEOFLEX is the only printer on the market that converts between a textile-printer (for dark AND light
garments) and a solvent printer in a matter of minutes. Since over 15 years we are working with digital-printers
ourselves and we can assure you: The flexibility of NEOFLEX not only gets you fit for our market but even offers

We offer you two printhead-utilitys that can be changed within one minute. Cartrages change or even cleaning is
not necessary. Simply lift the Utility of the Board, set it down wherever you find some space and put the other one
on. Printer can be started at once.
Option 1: NeoTex Textileprinter
The NeoFlex textile option, or NeoTex, is the perfect machine for printing full color images
with photorealistic quality on just about any garment. The NeoFlex allows the operator to print 3 average
size light or dark garments in a single pass and in full and vibrant color. You’re art will no longer be
limited by your printing method.
With the NeoFlex, what you design is what you get.
On average, the NeoTex can print over sixty white shirts per hour and twenty to thirty black
shirts per hour.
Option 2: NeoSol EcoSolvent
The NeoFlex’s flatbed solvent technology can be applied to a multitude of substrates
including plastics, metals, glass, leather, ceramics and wood. Depending on its application, most media do
not require pre or post treatment.
The NeoFlex solvent option is capable of handling indoor signage, commercial prototyping,
interior design, promotional products and more with average ink costs running under ten cents of ink,
allowing for better profitable results.
The NeoFlex’s large printable area allows the operator to load and print as many items that
can be placed on the bed.

Continuous Workflow
The Neoflex Advantage
The NeoFlex printer head actually moves over the substrate allowing for a continuous workflow.
For example, as the printer completes one item, you are able to load a new item; simultaneously as the
machine is already printing the next and will cycle back and forth as many times as you instruct it to.
mWith other machines on the market, the substrate is usually moving
underneath the printer resulting in workflow inefficiencies because you are constantly waiting for the
printer to finish a job before you reload, and the printer sits idle while you are reloading. With the
Neoflex, you can reload over and over while the machine is doing other jobs.
When other suppliers in the market say their printer can do 60 white shirts per hour, they are
basing it off the idea that you will be able to print one shirt per minute, however, when changing the
garments out, you are losing time, making it impossible to do 60 per hour. Now for the first time, with
the continuous workflow of the Neoflex, you will finally be able to produce what you’ve been
promised
SMPR Technology
The NeoFlex is the first printer to implement Smart
Multi-Pass Recognition technology. The printer will
recognize a multi-pass job such as printing on dark shirts, and will stop at the very last pixel and
immediately move back to the beginning of the print to finish the next. This will significantly shorten
your cycle time and offer you an edge over competitors with faster production capabilities
Image Area
The NeoFlex has a forty-two inch by seventeen inch by 3-inch printable area. With the NeoFlex’s
flatbed technology, the operator is able to print a single image the entire length of the bed or
multiple images that fit within this generous printable area. You can also print 3 average sized
t-shirts in a single pass.

Print Head
The NeoFlex is based on an Epson 4880 commercial grade printer with a print head rating of 45,000
impressions. In contrast to most other competitors’ machines, the NeoFlex print head has a Teflon
coating that has drastically improved its vulnerability for nozzle clogs.
The NeoFlex printer head actually moves over the substrate allowing for a continuous workflow. Which
allows the operator to reload new items while the printer is still printing, making the Neoflex the
only printer on the market that is able to utilize the Epson 4880′s maximum output; 20-30 dark shirts
per hour, 60+ white shirts per hour on average.
Quick NeoRip-Software
The NeoRIP software comes with every NeoTex purchase. This powerful RIP program can handle all your
textile and solvent printing needs. The NeoRIP can handle just about any generic file format type
including .eps, .ps, .bmp, .tiff, .jpg, and .png.
Special features include the template creator, job archiving, white grayscale printing, white highlight
printing for textiles, as well as saving user-defined media settings
The NeoRIP software is able to achieve extremely precise detail as well as gradients on light or dark
garments. With the NeoSol printing option, you are able to print photorealistic detail on just about
any surface. Our team of color specialists will continually update you with new ICC profiles for
